Refund policy
ART. 8 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
8.1. The right of withdrawal consists of the Customer's right to withdraw from the Contract by returning the purchased Products and obtaining a refund of the corresponding amount, in accordance with applicable law.
8.2. The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for natural persons acting for purposes not directly related to their professional, commercial, artisanal, or business activities. Therefore, resellers, companies, and VAT-registered businesses purchasing for professional purposes are excluded from this right.
8.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a notice within 14 days of receiving the order by email to info@patatinacerimonia.it or via WhatsApp at +39 375 604 6906, indicating the order number, first name, and last name used for the purchase.
8.4. Once the request has been received, our Customer Service team will provide all necessary instructions for returning the Products.
8.5. To qualify for a refund, the Products must be returned intact, unused, in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, and with all original tags still attached. In particular, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the original "Patatina Cerimonia" tag has been removed from the Product.

8.7. After receipt and verification of the returned Products, the refund will be processed within approximately 30 days.
8.8. The refund does not include shipping costs incurred for the original delivery of the order or the return shipment, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Returns and Exchanges: Items purchased during sales or promotional periods are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Any defects or damages must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. For assistance, Customers may contact our Customer Service team.
Cash on Delivery Orders: For orders paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), in the event of an approved return, the refund will normally be issued as store credit of an equivalent value, which can be used for future purchases on the Website.
The store credit will be issued after receipt and verification of the returned Products and will be communicated to the Customer via email.
This procedure represents the standard refund method adopted for Cash on Delivery orders and allows for faster and more efficient refund processing. For special requirements or exceptional circumstances, Patatina Cerimonia reserves the right to evaluate alternative refund methods at its sole discretion.
Important: To exercise the right of withdrawal and request a refund, the Customer must send a communication by email to info@patatinacerimonia.it or via WhatsApp at +39 375 604 6906, indicating the order number (e.g. #PC12340), first name, and last name. Our Customer Service team will provide the available return options and instructions.
