Shipping and Refund

Shipping is available to the following territories: Europe, non-EU countries (United Kingdom, Switzerland), Canada, the United States, and selected Asian countries (Georgia, China, Hong Kong SAR China, India, Singapore, and Turkey).

- Free shipping within Italy for orders equal to or greater than €100*. For orders below this threshold, the Standard Shipping fee is €6.

*Except during promotional periods, when the free shipping threshold may vary (the current threshold is displayed at the top of the website).

- Shipping costs for all other destinations are displayed during checkout.

- Shipments are processed exclusively on business days. No shipments are made on public holidays. Orders placed close to the weekend will be processed and shipped on the following business days.
